Mr. TSAI KUO-CHING, the Chairman of CAISS, is from Taiwan. He played a key role in establishing the construction company and serves as one of its principal executives. The company was selected by the Public Works Department as a key collaborating construction team. In 2017, CAISS Investment Limited was established in Cambodia.
